Unreal Engine Animal Systems Demo (2024)

Mechanics Built - Animal (Dragon) free-roaming, player sensing, and attack system.  Player Camera is not affected by Animal attack system.  Animal (Griffon) taming and mount system. Player can have the mount follow them,  Player respawns next to animal when they dismount. Animal (Dragon and Griffon) Locomotion and Animation montages connected and applied to Animal Mechs Demo.

Outside Resources Used: Epic Store Quadruped Fantasy Creature Pack (Griffon and Dragon) and Fantasy Bundle Environment Castel.

Started with No Code - Blueprints Created: Character Anim BP, Character BP, Item Collection BP, Camera Management BP, Moving Platform BP, Bouncing Platform BP, Spikes BP, Chest Loot BP, and Barrel (enemy/actor destroy) BP

Trigger Mechanics Demo Project (2023)

Mechanics Built:  Sprint, Aim, Grab, Pressure Plates, Door Activation, Text Renders, Level Build, Weapon Pickup, Weapon Hold, First Person/Third Person POV Switch, Grab Animation, Aim Animation, Aim Offset, Muzzle Flash/Bullet Hit FX, Line Tracing Fire, Destroy Targets, Crosshair UI (more being built now)

Simple Space Game (2024) 

Day 2 of learning Python for game development. A simple demonstration of user input, lists, functions, strings, variables etc.
